My scale said I gained 2 lbs.

I couldn’t accept that. I got on, got off, got on, got off, took off my pants, put them back on. If I’d eaten like a pig yesterday, that’d make sense, but I know exactly how much I ate yesterday - granted I shouldn’t have had a bowl of clam chowder at 2 am, but that doesn’t warrant 2 lbs. So I moved the scale, and went down 2lbs. I moved it again and it was still down 2lbs. 

Moral of the story: The place where I usually put my scale is off balance and has always been two lbs heavy, or I managed to gain 2 lbs in one night by eating a healthy amount.
